Join us for a deliberate transition from the week’s hustle into a state of relaxation. This class focuses on slow, gentle movement and breath awareness with the option for deep stretching and calming breathwork to help release accumulated tension from the week. Emphasising the idea of “unwinding,” this session also incorporates restorative poses and meditative elements to facilitate a peaceful transition into the weekend.
We provide everything but do feel free to bring your own mat and blanket as well as an eye pillow. Booking is subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any no shows will not be refunded.
Please wear comfortable clothes and inform the teach of any medical issues on arrival. This class is not suitable for pregnancy unless advised otherwise.
