Many women feel isolated and alone when they go through menopause especially if they are unsure if they are peri-menopausal, menopausal or suffering from any other issues.

I have been guided and trained in Menopause Yoga by the beautiful Petra who runs the official Menopause Yoga training.Β  I now offer courses, workshops and one off sessions for both individuals and businesses.

In my sessions you will

  • Learn yoga poses to sooth symptoms
  • Practise breathing techniques to help anxiety, hot flushes and more
  • Be lead through mindful meditation practices to manage the main menopause symptoms
  • Take away useful information about natural remedies, nutrition and more.

You dont have to feel alone, overwhelmed or insecure, this is a natural processes that all women will go through and we are here to support each other.

Menopause in the Workplace

Not only is it now legislation for workplaces to support women who are going through their menopause journey, its also essential so companies can keep some of their most experienced team members.

Almost 1 million women are leaving the workforce each year due to their menopause symptoms.

Menopause yoga not only helps women to manage their symptoms but also creates a safe space either online or via zoom to discuss, share and support each other.
