Level – Suitable for beginners and intermediates Yoga aims to connect you with your breath so that you can begin to build a deeper mind body connection as you move into each pose.
Each Yoga class is designed to build strength, both physically and emotionally by using longer holds in poses along with abdominal work to build core strength and increase flexibility. The addition of deep breathing helps to calm the mind and relax tense muscles.
Poses can be tailored for each individual need to ensure that the practice is accessible to everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced yogi.
