Many women feel isolated, confused and scared as they approach the menopause. Many don’t even realise that peri-menopause has started and often right symptoms off as general anxiety, depression or just aging.Β  Often GP’s are ill equipped to discuss menopause especially with those in their 40’s and perhaps even 30’s dealing with the first signs.

All of this and more can happen but can thankfully be soothed. Menopause yoga is one of the ways you can nourish yourself through this period of change and beyond.

This 4 week course is focused on everyone going through perimenopause. You will end the course fully equipped with yoga flows, breathing technics and meditations to help clear the brain fog and release anxiety.

Course structure

Week 1 – Your menopause. Whats happening and how do we feel. Introduction to menopause yoga sequences.

Week 2 – Alternative therapies, we will discuss vitamins, exercise and more. Menopause yoga flow and breathing.

Week 3 – HRT, quick overview and sign positing to amazing rescourses. Menopause yoga flow, breathing and meditation.

Week 4 – Next steps in your BLOOMING MENOPAUSE. Menopause yoga flow, breathing and beautiful guided meditation.

You not only attend the 4 sessions but you receive access to our menopause yoga video library that hosts the yoga, meditations and more FREE 3 months.
