Accessibility – Welcome to all fitness levels and abilities, trauma sensitive, assitance through blocks & bricks
This class can not be boxed into a type of yoga. We use all different elements of Hath, yin, Vinyasa, Kundalini as well as breathing from Qi Gong and traditional yoga pranayama.
The session is designed to help you move in a way that serves your body. Their is only one rule – do what feels right for you! Even if that means moving into child’s pose or taking a deep yawn!
We will also end with 15 minutes of Meditation, this will be guided to begin with followed by some space for your own practice.
Please read our Covid policy before booking, we are an inclusive studio and if you think you require any additional help please do get in touch for a chat. All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
All classes have a 24 hour cancelation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancelations after 24 hour notice.
