My yoga journey began in the late 1990s. I’ve been practicing ever since with teachers all over the world as life took me to new places.
I completed my training to teach children with the Special Yoga Foundation followed by a 200hr teacher training with Evolve Yoga and began to teach in schools, preschools and private settings. I continue to learn from my students and teachers and attend further trainings and immersions whenever I can.
I’ve been teaching children’s and family yoga since 2016 and I love the enthusiasm children bring. Life is busy for little ones and my classes are designed to help children relax and self regulate as well as to explore their own strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. The classes are fun and provide a fantastic opportunity for children to connect with their inner self and with their parents and family members.
Yoga has been an essential part of my life for over 20 years, helping me through physical injury as well as managing the stresses life brings. My personal experiences mean I am passionate about sharing yoga with children and teaching yoga practices which enable students to balance their overall wellbeing.
