Current classes are mixed ability however some yoga experience would be useful. If you are interested in attending drop us an email or give us a call and we can chat about which class might be best for you.

If you have a favourite yoga mat then please do bring it along, we provide blocks, bricks and belts if you find them useful.

It's important to be comfortable in yoga and be able to move so normal sports gear will be fine. Shorts can be quite restrictive so we do suggest leggings or tracksuit bottoms. Also bring along a warm jumper and socks for when we cool down. Yoga is performed barefoot however if you like to wear yoga socks in the winter then that's fine.

Our family class can accommodate anyone under 18. If you or a family member is under 18 and would like to attend any other classes then please get in touch so we can advise you.

We do meditation, mindfulness and some chanting on occasion however this is completely optional. We do not discuss any religious elements in our yoga classes, they are a place for everyone from all religions to come together and be joyful about life.

Class prices vary, there are options to purchase blocks of classes as well.
