Yoga can improve your strength, flexibility and mobility - and have a huge impact on your running recovering and performance.
In this workshop we will cover the movement and postures that can directly impact your running capability. We will talk about recovery and post running stretching, we will also experiment with Pranayama (breath work) that can help get you ready for longer runs and cool your nervous system down once you have finished.
