Accessibility – Welcome to all fitness levels and abilities, trauma sensitive, assistance through blocks & bricks
This class can not be boxed into a type of yoga. We use all different elements of Hath, yin, Vinyasa, Kundalini as well as breathing from Qi Gong and traditional yoga pranayama.
The session is designed to help you move in a way that serves your body. Their is only one rule – do what feels right for you! Even if that means moving into child’s pose or taking a deep yawn!
All movement will be suitable for all bodies and you will be offered variations to suit your energy levels. We will also end with 10 minutes of Meditation, this will be guided to begin with followed by some space for your own practice.

This is a Hayfield class. All bookings are subject to 24 hour cancellation policy after which there are no refunds or transfers. Parking is available at the Sett Valley car park. Entry to the building is 5 minutes before class, please press the buzzer and we will let you in,
