Samantha originally taught dance and then moved into the fitness world, qualifying in Yoga, Pilates, Dance fitness and pre & post natal.
She always brings relaxed vibes and an uplifting positive energy to all of her sessions.  She totally understands that all our bodies are different, so gives different levels to choose from. For those who want more…. She is famous for throwing in a “Cheeky Challenge”
