Hayfield Yoga and Massage
Our yoga classes are hosted in the lovely Hayfield Health Clinic on New Mills Road, Hayfield. There is parking available on the street or at the main car park 1 minute walk away. Classes are held in the upstairs studio with mats and equipment available.
Helen is a qualifed yoga teacher, massage therapist and coach with years of experience and a friendly nature!
Massage therapy as well as wellness coaching for menstruation to menopause health is held in a private treatment room in Hayfield.
