Yoga and Chocolate Workshop

Sunday 12th September 2021 3pm - 6pm

In this workshop we will be using delicious cacao to make warming drinks to enjoy before moving through a powerful yoga practice.

Yoga experience would be an advantage but as always we will help to accommodate all abilities! The yoga flow will aim to loosen the body and clear the mind with the help of cacao.

The afternoon we will be surrounded by candles and will use blankets and cushions to relax into a long meditation post yoga flow.

The magic of cacao to clear the mind is well documented, it can help you reach a much needed sense of clearness and clam, as well as tasting delicious!

The afternoon will include

  • A flowing yoga practice to increase the heart rate and warm the bones
  • A cacao ceremony and a little info on what it is
  • Long guided meditation focusing you on digging deep into yourself to create calm and be present

Feel free to bring your own mat, cushions and blanket however freshly cleaned ones will be provided if needed.
