This afternoon celebration of yoga is inspired by not only the summer equinox but International yoga day on 21st.
Through this workshop we will be flowing through an relaxing and mindful yoga session focused on making you feel amazing! We will be mixing gentle twists with backbends, and finishing with some restorative postures.
For the second half of the session we will be enjoying a summer themed yoga nidra (guided meditation) so you can float away and relax.
To finish we will enjoy herbal teas and snacks, you will be welcome to stay and enjoy the space or book yourself in for a Reiki treatment.
