Calling all complete beginners or those just starting out on their yoga journey and want to take it a bit deeper.
In this afternoon workshop will cover the basic movement of yoga through sun salutations, some balances, soft back bends and inversions. We will be covering how to adjust some of the regular poses for injury or comfort.
Towards the end of the session we will go through some breathing and meditation to help get you started and end with a deep relaxation so you can digest all youve learned.
You will walk away with some handouts as well as hints and tips to make the most of your yoga practise.
