This workshop provides a safe and comforting space for an open conversation about menstrual health and how yoga can help to support us through menstruation.
Yoga is a tool that enables us to work with our bodies, honouring our natural cycles and harmonising with the energies of this feminine time.
We will discuss menstruation and menstrual health from a yogic and energetic perspective, as well as discussing the advice on practising yoga during this time of our cycle.
Following that we will participate in a nurturing restorative yoga practice, specifically designed to support your body and mind during menstruation.
Post practice there will be herbal tea and handmade treats to enjoy together.
This workshop is limited to 10 spaces and is open to anyone who menstruates.
