This short workshop will be full to the brim with yoga basics, covering everything from yoga movement to breathing to meditation.
We will spend the morning covering the movements of sun salutations, some balances and alignment. We will explore some of the breath work (pranayama) we use in yoga and how it can be applied in real life.
We will finish with a lovely meditation, you will also receive this meditation recorded so you can follow at home.
Your goodie bag will have some yoga treats and flows so you can carry the yoga vibe home!
