Nourish your mind, body and soul on a Sunday afternoon. We’ll begin with an energising vinyasa flow to generate heat and energy within us, building strength as we actively work our bodies. Gradually we’ll slow it down and allow ourselves to surrender into long yin postures, allowing us to stretch and strengthen our connective tissues in and around the joints. By combining both yin and yang asanas in our yoga practice, we can cultivate a strong body on all levels.
The session will finish with a Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep’, where I will guide you to a state of complete relaxation and inner awareness whilst you remain fully conscious. This is a powerful meditation technique that can improve sleep, reduce stress and bring a profound sense of joy and well-being.
