Lucy is BACK!! And we are excited!!!
Expect a dedicated space for you to truly relax, let go, and connect to the stillness within. You are invited to journey home to yourself amongst one of the busiest and most chaotic times of the year. We will begin in sharing slow, gentle, mindful movement followed by deep relaxation through restorative yoga, breath connection and meditation.
All props will be provided but your favourite blanket and cosy socks will help make you feel even more at home in this class.
This session is suitable for ALL bodies but if you have any concerns please do get in touch and we can make sure we give you the best experience!
