Wellness for Working Women

Running and owning your own business is HARD, throw into the mix being a women, maybe a mum, wife, carer, partner etc and the stress can seem overwhelming……particularly during covid!

This wellness day will be a gorgeous mixture of

  • Stress management through yoga and breathing
  • Journalling and goal setting or the year
  • Wellness tips and discussion
  • Deep relaxing meditation for a new year vibe
  • A chance to network with like minded ladies!

I am hoping to allow you some space to be YOU, to let go of the trauma of 2020 and move forward with a positive vibe and radical self love for you.
