WELCOME SUMMER
This special event will be hosted in the beautiful village of Hayfield with location being provided by The Tent People!
Come and enjoy some slow summer yoga designed to balance your body, mind and soul. We will travel through the Chakras and let the summer love flow through your bones.
With the Summer Solstice on 21st this is the perfect way to really slow down. All the yoga movement will be suitable for all bodies. There will be meditation, breathing practise and of course a wonderful relaxation with the hum of a summer morning around us.
Investment £10pp (£5 for Wild Sanctuary or Warrior members)
Children from 10 upwards are welcome
Location is Hayfield Village Hall, parking on Sett Valley Car Park.
