The summer Solstice brings a restful energy, where we can bask in the summer sun (hopefully) and enjoy our own time. This mini retreat offers you 2 hours of complete summertime bliss.
Beginning with fresh juices and meditation to clear mind we will then move through a gentle yoga movement practices designed to keep you grounded up open. We will be concentrating on the heart and throat chakras to help you tune into what summer is showing you and how to vocalise it.
Once our bodies are nourished we will explore the breath with some pranayama and self massage with beautiful summer inspired oils. Once you are full embodied we will move into a luscious yoga nidra (guided meditation).
