This rebalancing yoga and holistic workshop will focus on using yoga and mindfulness to bring you clarity and calm.
We will flow through a strong, slow yoga flow being mindful of our bodies and minds. Poses will be suitable for all levels however some yoga experience will be an advantage.
After our yoga practise has freed up the body we will be using breath and meditation to clear the head and focus.
This is a perfect remedy to the summer slump, preparing you for the change in season and allowing you to become more mindful and productive.
We will be ending the session with a relaxing guided meditation.
