Spring into Yourself with Yoga

We may not have had the new year we were hoping for so lets embrace the Spring and bring the energy.

This afternoon of yoga, meditation, manifestation and a guided yoga Nidra for new beginnings will help you feel more focused and refreshed post lockdown.

We will be focusing on letting go of trauma and stress, embracing new energy and learning how we can treat our bodies, minds and spirits a little more gently.

The day will include

  • Wake up the body yoga session suitable for all
  • Meditation & breathing for renewed energy
  • Journalling & affirmations for the rest of the year
  • Yoga for release and letting go
  • Guided yoga nidra meditation
  • Goodie bag & handouts

Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided. All social distancing measures will be in place, please bring a mask and keep bags to a minimum. If you have a yoga mat please bring your own. Fresh blankets and bolsters will be provided, all will have been steam cleaned and isolated for a minimum of 72 hours.
