A women’s circle is a special time for us to gather, move, breath and share. This special circle is dedicated to women who are menopausing!
Whether you are perimenopausal, menopausal or postmenopausal. Doesn’t matter if you you have no symptoms, lots of symptom, have menopause due to surgery or are simply looking to embrace this changing time in your life.
Now held each month in our beautiful sacred space this circle welcomes all bodies. No yoga experience is needed, all movement will be seated and slow, designed for your complete release and relaxation.
