Live Your Yoga: Understanding the Pancha Kosha

The last of this workshop series where we shall learn about the Pancha Kosha, the five ‘layers’ of the self. As we follow our yoga journey and become aware of our layers, or sheaths, we aim to journey inwards to find our true nature’. We shall openly discuss how we can integrate the mindful yoga practices into our daily lives to build mental strength and even transform the way we live our lives.

If you’re intrigued by the snippets of yoga talk in class about non-violence, letting go of judgement, quietening the mind and want to delve deeper into your yoga practice, join me for any of these workshops in the cosy snug at Orange Bloom Yoga in Hazel Grove.

The workshops will begin with a short meditation and finish with a guided relaxation. 

Tea and healthy snacks will be provided!
Please wear comfy clothing and bring with you a notepad and pen.
We will be sitting on the floor for the majority of workshop so please feel free to bring a bolster/cushion to be as comfy as possible!
