Take a day out for you!
The autumn lull can get us all feeling a little low and un-energised, why not take a day for you and your well being.
This day retreat will include a morning of energising yoga and breath work where we will be focusing on bringing new prana into the body. We will break for a veggie lunch and snacks followed by an afternoon of yoga designed to release and relax your entire body.
We will finish with a yoga Nidra (guided meditation) and group Reiki session to send you off feeling perfectly zen.
You will leave the day with a goodie bag and worksheets to help you cultivate your own practise at home.
