Morning Session – Elevate and Enliven – Shake the Dust to raise energy and vibration and to release the old
Afternoon Session – Rest and Restore – Yoga Nidra, Mantra and Sound Healing
Hot drinks are provided as you arrive and also during pauses across the day. Start the day with a grounding intention setting and shared meditation practice, as well as breathwork, before we move into some energising movement Shake the Dust style, rounded off by a relaxation. Expect to unwind tension and enjoy an opportunity to strengthen the main muscle groups of your body. During the morning we will also share breathwork practices together to nourish and enliven. After our lunch, which will be provided, we will rest and digest with a calming restorative yoga practice and yoga nidra. A mindful walk may be offered weather depending. Round the day off with a deeply healing sound bath. Plus guest experts to be announced!

Sally founded Wellness with Sally in 2017 to offer a blended approach of mind-body therapies, including yoga, and psychology. She is also a qualified life coach. She lives and works on the edge of the Peak District and offers in person and online appointments, classes, workshops and retreat days. Sally uses her skills in intuition, her training and experience in yoga and women’s health, and her education and background in psychology and trauma to help you to change your life. Sally is a psychologist (DAppEdPsy, registered with the HCPC) an intuitive coach (registered with the ACCPH) and a qualified trauma-informed yoga teacher. Sally believes it is everyone’s birth-right to experience positive physical and mental wellbeing, and she loves educating and working with adults, families and children to help with their sense of connection to themselves as well as to others. It is Sally’s passion to empower others on their healing journey in mind, body and soul. All of Sally’s offerings are from her love for holistic wellbeing as well as the integration of science and spirituality.
