An introductory course for beginners. This course will take place over five weeks from 2nd February 2020.
You will gain an insight into what Meditation is, how to sit and adopt the right mind set and how to practise regularly. You will be introduced to some of the different types of Meditation so you can find the practice that suits you best.
Week 1 – Breathing Meditation
Week 2 – Mindfulness Meditation
Week 3 – Mantra Meditation
Week 4 – Loving Kindness Meditation
Week 5 – Visualisation Meditation
Meditation cushions, blankets as well as tea and coffee will be provide. The course is hosted by the lovely Maureen who is qualified in not only meditation but also Reiki and Indian head massage.
