As an experienced bodyworker both with yoga and massage I offer my clients the chance to be completely nourished. From the moment you walk into the studio you are greeted with aromatherapy, warm lighting and a welcoming presence.
I offer a small variety of massages and can be flexible on times and days.

- Postnatal pamper – Centred around your healing and self care. You will feel relaxed and nourished as your body is firmly but caringly pampered.
- Women’s care and caress – Focused on women’s bodies this massage is perfect for anyone wanting to deeply relax and let go on any tension caused by PMS or hormonal fluctuations. We use oils to promote balance and energy.
- Full body release – This massage covers you from tip to toe with full relaxation, one for those feeling stressed or living with anxiety. We work together to decide scents and pressure to make you feel held.
- Menopause Massage – For anyone moving through peri/menopausal symptoms such as anxiety, hot flashes, aches and pains, cycle fluctuations. We use essential oils to balance your nervous system and promote stillness.
