Beginners and those already with some kind of physical practise or sport
This class is a flowing class dedicated to getting the heart rate up, the muscles working and the soul singing.
Combining flowing style yoga with some freestyle moves, brining in pranayama (breathing), meditation and of course a Savasana (relaxation) at the end!Suitable for those who already have a physical practise or who are into sports, gym, fitness etc. Beginners to yoga are always welcome and we will offer staging if needed.
In this class we will also be inviting guest teachers, teachers of different styles and schools to give everyone a taste of what yoga has to offer.
