This class is designed especially for anyone wanting to build strength, burn fat and increase their flexibility. If you are in to sports then this class can really help your performance!

From runners to swimmers, to boxers of all types, martial arts, to fitness fanatics, yoga is for everybody.

Sports yoga is designed to open the hip flexors, strengthen the calf muscles, help with balance, build stamina strength, increase range of motion in the joints.

Help with weight loss, prevent injury and support injury rehabilitation. Yoga has also been proven to extend longevity and reduce the physical manifestations of ageing and is a great practice to use it for the progression of their sport to enhance performance and agility.
