LAUNCHING BACK IN MAY
This class will move through a sequence of postures, always starting and ending in meditation in order to calm the body and mind and connect to our breath.
You will be guided through sun salutations, standing and seated postures, with opportunities for arm balances, backbends and inversions. Different options are given for each pose, giving you the ability to adapt the class to fit your own practice. This class will help warm up your body and relax your mind.
We are an inclusive studio so please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
