Vinyasa Yoga


Level – Mixed ability, some experience of yoga or physical exercise

This class will move through a sequence of postures always starting and ending in meditation or relaxation in order to calm the body and mind.

You will be guided through sun salutations, standing and seated postures, with opportunities for backbends and inversions. If you are looking to build strength and flexibility with a sense of steadiness and ease then this is the class for you!

Please book this class online as we do limit the size of this class, priority will be given to those who have booked.
