Level – All abilities welcome

This class will move through a sequence of postures, always starting and ending in meditation in order to calm the body and mind and connect to our breath.

You will be guided through sun salutations, standing and seated postures, with opportunities for arm balances, backbends and inversions. Different options are given for each pose, giving you the ability to adapt the class to fit your own practice. This class will help warm up your body and relax your mind, giving yourself a focused and fresh start to the week.

Please book this class online as we do limit the size of this class. Priority will be given to those who have booked.
