Level – Mixed Ability however some yoga or fitness experience would be helpful.
During this class students will focus on linking conscious breath with a dynamic and mindful flow sequence. You will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
This is a strong dynamic class, you will leave feeling hot and relaxed.

All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
