This once a month class is a chance to slow down and recover from all that life throws at you.
Open to adults and teens (12+) the candlelit class focuses on slow subtle movement, meditation and mindfulness to ground you for the month ahead.
Held on the last Sunday of each month we begin the class with some mindful breathing, yoga is slow and gentle suitable for all abilities and body types. We then finish with some breath work (pranayama) and a deep relaxation.
Please book this class online as we do limit the size of this class, priority will be given to those who have booked.
