Whilst we deliver our classes online the Sunday Sanctuary will be hosted every week!
This once a month class is a chance to slow down and recover from all that life throws at you.
Open to adults and teens (12+) the candlelit class focuses on slow subtle movement, meditation and mindfulness to ground you for the month ahead.
Held on the last Sunday of each month we begin the class with some mindful breathing, yoga is slow and gentle suitable for all abilities and body types. We then finish with some breath work (pranayama) and a deep relaxation.
This is a donation based class! You can either pay £5 or go to our membership page to select anything from £2 to £8 donation which will allow you to book the class.
