NEW TIME WHILST WE ARE STILL ONLINE
This class creates a space for softness and slowness, a much needed time out to tune in.
We will explore meditation and breath work to take you into a deep state of awareness, slow embodied movement to open the body and release tension, this practise will be strong but stable so all levels of yogis welcome.
