In this modern world of constantly being switched on this is a space to completely switch off.
A slow and restorative style class with movement, stillness, breathe and meditation. We will loosen the
body with movement designed for all different bodies, even those who haven’t been to a yoga class before.
The breath is a gateway to deeper relaxation and connection with the body, we will use different yoga breathing methods to totally switch off – or switch in!
Our meditation will be a nidra style where our aim is to guide you into a space between asleep and awake.
You will leave the class feeling rested but restored for the week ahead.
This class will take place twice a month.
