Pregnancy Yoga

Join us for this lovely practise for anyone who is expecting!
 
Suitable for those with a yoga practise already established pre-pregnancy or those who are 14 weeks or more. 
 
We will be flowing through movement to help with posture, strength and easing out tension in hips and shoulders. We will explore different Pranayama (breathing) and relaxation techniques to help you through your pregnancy and your positive birth. 
Feel free to bring pillows, warm socks and anything that will make you comfortable however we provide everything.
