Explore traditional methods of yoga and self-inquiry whilst learning which postures and pauses will serve you best during your pregnancy, birth and recovery. A wonderful opportunity to build a sense of community with other like-minded expectant mothers whilst sharing personal experiences in a safe and inclusive environment.
You will be invited to use chairs as supportive props for the practice. All props are provided, including mats, but you are welcome to bring your own as well as a birthing ball if you have one available to ensure you have a truly accessible, enjoyable and fully nurturing experience.
No prior experience of yoga needed but in order to attend you will need to be at least 14 weeks pregnant and confirm that your pregnancy is progressing normally from your 14 week scan.
