Postnatal Yoga Bring Your Baby


Every Monday excluding bank holidays

1st Session Monday 6th January! 

In this relaxed and friendly class we will be moving through a slow yoga flow, pausing in poses and using our breath to not only help heal the body after child birth but also help us be calm and connected to ourselves and our babies.

No yoga experience needed, this class will provide all different options for different levels. The only thing we ask is you have been for your post baby check up and your doctor says its OK to start some light yoga.

We will have mats and toys for the babies and obviously they can join in if they want to. Babies from bith up to walking are welcome. And dont worry if you have to stop to feed, change nappies or just have a cuddle we have all the facilities including changing mats.

This class is limited to 10, booking is as and when you want to come, no course sign up!
