These sessions are for your self practice and a little bit of ‘me time’.
There will be no teaching or leading the class, you are free to practice your own yoga, meditation, mindfulness or journalling. All we ask if you are respectful of the other attendees, you stay for the full hour and you turn off ALL technology!
This is a chance to spend some quiet time in a beautiful sanctuary of well being in the heart of Hazel Grove.
Mats and equipment will be provided (covid safe), there will be soft music and a relaxed vibe.

All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
