This is a baby class with a difference. We will practice yoga for both mum and baby, we will have mindfulness exercise AND we will offer support and energy with a sharing circle.
As mums we can struggle to find some space for movement and mindfulness, this class will you that space. We aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where you can let your stresses go.
This will be a very inclusive class and no previous yoga experience is needed. We will make sure you leave feeling revived, de-stressed and nurtured as a new mummy.
Each course is 4 weeks long giving you chance to really explore your new body and baby!
Please read our Covid policy before booking, we are an inclusive studio and if you think you require any additional help please do get in touch for a chat. All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
