Mindful Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga

This is a BRING YOUR BABY class – I may bring mine 🙂

As mums we can struggle to find some space for movement and mindfulness, this class will you that space. We aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where you can let your stresses go.

We will –

– Move through some yoga to help heal and mobilise your body
– Practise mindfulness with (or without ) your baby
– Enjoy a brew and a chat with other mums

This will be a very relaxed class and no previous yoga experience is needed. We will make sure you leave feeling revived, de-stressed and nurtured as a new mummy.

Please read our Covid policy before booking, we are an inclusive studio and if you think you require any additional help please do get in touch for a chat. All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
