Menopause, peri-menopause or whatever stage you are in can be a scary and isolating time.

You don’t have to feel alone, overwhelmed or insecure, this is a natural processes that all women will go through and we are here to support each other. In Chinese medicine they call this the second spring so lets bloom together!

In these circles we will be

  • Hosting a sharing circle
  • Discussing the latest menopause news and issues
  • Moving through yoga and breathing
  • Gently relaxing into a long savasana meditation

These circles will be hosted each month giving us chance to check in and be still together.
