The Hatha class is a medium paced class with a focus on moving mindfully, linking all movement with breath in a series of continuous flows. Although we work at a slower pace, it is still hard work (!) but everyone is encouraged to work at their own level.
Adjustments, modifications and props are offered to make the practice accessible for everyone. The class is suitable for all levels, including those who are new, or returning, to yoga.
Please read our Covid policy before booking, we are an inclusive studio and if you think you require any additional help please do get in touch for a chat. All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
