This class mixes a slow nourishing flow with the completely restoring Yin yoga.

Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Perfect for those wanting to slow down and find more peace in their practise. Great for flexibility and anti-stress this class is suitable for all levels of yogi from beginners to the more experienced.

We will also be combining our Asana (physical practise) with a meditation and relaxation.

This Friday night class is perfect for restoring your energy and relaxing the mind.
