Start your mornings the right way with a Forrest inspired yoga class with Louise, designed to help you strengthen, tone and relax.
Forrest Yoga aims to connect both body and mind. It works into holding yoga poses for longer and abdominal work to build strength and increase flexibility. The addition of deep breathing helps to calm the mind and relax tense muscles.
The class is suitable for all levels – so even if you haven’t tried yoga before or want to take time out to further your own practice or breathe a little deeper, now is the time.
A six class pass costs £45 and is on a rolling basis to suit you and your schedule.
Trial sessions are available for newcomers at £7.50, which is deducted from the cost of the six class pass should you wish to continue.
