Yoga is for ALL bodies. However many of us have unique issues throughout our bodies. Moving, breathing and meditating can be access by all bodies through this class.

Who can this class be for?

– If you struggle with getting up or down on to the floor
– If you are recovering from surgery or illness
– If you suffer from any chronic illness
– If you struggle with excess weight
– If you have joint issues
– If you want help moving at a desk between working
– If you are wheelchair bound
– If you are interested in prolonging your independence in later life

Or simply if you would prefer a different way of practising YOUR YOGA! This is the class for you.

Please read our Covid policy before booking, we are an inclusive studio and if you think you require any additional help please do get in touch for a chat. All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
