Beginners Gentle Yoga

This gentle yoga class is for anyone no matter what age, size, ability or health issue who wants to learn yoga. Each week we will explore movement in the body with gentle breathing and options to use chairs and props to access yoga poses you may feel are out of bounds for you.

Come and enjoy a friendly and fun class with non of the ‘Instagram ready’ yoga you might be used to seeing! We are welcoming and warm, and you will leave feeling better!

Please read our Covid policy before booking, we are an inclusive studio and if you think you require any additional help please do get in touch for a chat. All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
