Lucy started practising yoga 8 years ago after hearing about it’s calming effects. Through yoga she found peace of mind and self acceptance as well as physical strength and flexibility. She continues to study yoga philosophy and tradition and will forever be a student.
Lucy specialises in one to one yoga and small groups. This way the individual can receive personalised sessions based around their needs and abilities.
